Customs & Taxes

- These are not included in product price or shipping.
- Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Exchange & Cancellation
● No returns accepted. Exchanges only within 20 days of delivery.
● Please return the item to our U.S. address along with the original receipt and tags.
● Upon receiving the return, we will ship the appropriate size.
● Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
● Orders canceled due to product unavailability will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled at the customer's request after submission will incur a 5% credit cancellation fee.
Care Instruction
● Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach.
● Hang or lay flat to dry, away from sunlight.
● For silk pieces, dry cleaning is recommended.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders placed with our store qualify for free shipping. We do not charge any additional shipping fees. We partner with globally renowned couriers to minimize your costs.
